1.The refund application entry will become available to you after the service is activated.
2.Within 7 calendar days from the date you successfully start using the service, you may cancel the service without providing a reason and receive a full refund.
3.If a refund is requested after the 7-day cooling-off period due to service quality issues, we will calculate the amount on a case-by-case basis, proportional to the remaining unused service period. For example: With a monthly service fee of $6, purchasing 3 months totals $18. If a refund is requested after 5 days of use, the refund amount would be $18 * (1 - 5/90) = $17.
4.After submitting a refund application, the status will change to "Processing." The refund amount will be returned via the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. The specific time for the funds to reach your account depends on the processing cycle of your card-issuing bank or payment service provider.
